We're excited to announce that Outdoor Living Supply has opened a new greenfield location under the Parker Outdoor Supply brand in Sparks, NV, serving the Spanish Springs area. This expansion strengthens our presence in the Reno-Tahoe region and advances our mission to build the strongest national network of distributor brands in the industry.

Brian Price shared: "Our expansion in the Reno-Tahoe market represents another important step in OLS's long-term growth journey. Parker Outdoor Supply extends our reach into a dynamic region with strong demand for outdoor living products and professional landscaping solutions. This new location will allow us to serve local contractors and homeowners with greater convenience, exceptional service, and the high-quality products that define our brands."

ADQUISICIONES Y ZONAS VERDESBROWNFIELDS-1

GSF-RGB-LogoR.I.S.E. Program 

We're proud to celebrate the completion of our inaugural R.I.S.E. (Restoring Independence Supporting Empowerment) project in partnership with the Gary Sinise Foundation! On October 1st, we dedicated a specially adapted outdoor living space for Lt Commander (Ret) Rob Ballard in Chesapeake, VA.

Through the Gary Sinise Foundation's R.I.S.E. program, 100% mortgage-free specially adapted smart homes are built for our nation's most severely wounded heroes. As OLS's national charitable partner, we're enhancing these homes by adding custom outdoor living spaces in select markets.

Our first project featured donated materials including Nicolock hardscaping, synthetic turf, landscaping stone, and outdoor kitchen elements, along with generous contractor labor donations from Hickory Hardscapes and Soppers Creek Land & Lawn. Special thanks to Rob Dolezal for the outdoor design, Shawn Lemke and the Nova Stone team for helping source product and labor, and our entire R.I.S.E. Steering Committee for making this possible.

With 12-15 projects planned each year (in select markets), we will be reaching out to our local teams for help sourcing materials and installers. Recognizing Leadership Beyond the Workplace

We're proud to share that Aaron McGurty was recently honored with the Patriot Award from the ESGR (Employer Support of the Guard and Reserve) for his outstanding support of service members at Landscapers Depot.

The Patriot Award recognizes supervisors who go above and beyond to support citizen warriors through flexible schedules, deployment accommodations, family care, and leaves of absence when needed. Aaron was nominated by a Guardsman or Reservist employee—a testament to his genuine commitment to those who serve our country while working on our team.

Open Enrollment for 2026 benefits is right around the corner! This is your annual chance to review or change your benefits in ADP.  Watch for the 2026 Benefits Guide and enrollment instructions in early November.

Payroll - End of Year

DATA. With year end fast approaching.  Please review your personal information in ADP by December 18th to ensure we have the most current and accurate data for you.

Everyone is encouraged to review their Federal and State elections and make appropriate changes as early in the new year as possible.  This will avoid too little or too much tax being withheld for the upcoming year. 

TAXES. The 2025 W-2 Forms will be mailed to home addresses (as listed in ADP) and will be available online at ADP by January 31, 2026.   

If you were claiming exempt from federal withholding on your Form W-4 for 2025, this form expires on January 1, 2026. You must submit a new form in ADP by February 15, 2026. If the new form is not received by that date, the IRS regulations require payroll to change your allowances to “zero” and your filing status to “Single” until a new form is received.

OLS IntegrityLine

OLS takes FORTITUDE to heart. We have a tool called the OLS IntegrityLine that supports this foundational concept, focusing especially on Integrity, Trust and Respect. 

If you have concerns that unethical or illegal behavior has occurred, we want you to report it so we can address it!  You are always welcome to share concerns with your manager, HR, or any member of management, of course. Employees can now also choose to file a report through the OLS IntegrityLine online portal, through an app or by phone. Employees can remain completely anonymous if they choose.

The MyOLS Account Customer Portal Just Got a Major Update at Bedrock — Las Vegas, NV.

What's New:

  • Create a Quote online: Customers can start a quote whenever it suits them—after hours, between jobs, on the go.
  • Smarter product browsing: Browse with images, check in-stock status by location, and see pricing based on the customer’s tier.

Why It Matters:

This helps customers work on their time and helps us build stickier relationships. We want them turning right into our parking lot—not left to the competition, and this is one more reason why they should grow their Business with OLS.

What Launched:

  • The Create a Quote feature goes live for Bedrock Las Vegas in the existing portal.
  • Quotes flow to the store and sales teams for review and follow-up—same process, faster start.
