New Rule: Starting in 2026, if your wages from an employer were $145,000 or more in 2025 (indexed to $150,000 for 2026), your 401(k) catch-up contributions will automatically be made to an after-tax Roth account.
The higher catch-up limit for those ages 60–63, which began in 2025, will continue into 2026 with a modest increase. This "super catch-up" amount is designed to help older workers significantly boost their savings in the years leading to retirement.

Purchase Price Updates from Vendors: Thanks to recent NetSuite enhancements in master data, we now have a clearer view of how vendor items match to OLS codes—which means we can handle purchase price updates for you centrally. This ensures updated pricing pulls through on your POs without requiring manual corrections.
Action needed: Please forward any price lists or communication on pricing changes to Aline Alzime and Angie Rice so we can process updates on your behalf.
Sales Price Reviews:
With the new year, many vendors and competitors are updating their sales pricing—and we need to review our own pricing for the same opportunities. The Product team will be preparing a review file for each store that includes your current cost, four-tiered pricing, and comparison to margin tables to highlight potential adjustments.
We'll develop these files from south to north to ensure locations with earlier seasons have time to review. Once your review is complete, we can make the updates for you. Keep an eye out for these files coming soon!
Location-Specific Purchase Price Updates:
IT has developed a new NetSuite feature that allows purchase prices to be location-specific for each SKU, providing more accurate details that will pull into purchase orders. This update will also include effective dates, so you'll have pricing history and the ability to schedule updates in advance.
Communication will be sent when this launches into Production. We'll need your help identifying which vendors require additional updates so we can process them centrally for you. Stay tuned!
