Hello Team OLS,
Here we are, ready to change seasons and enter our fourth quarter. Firepits, family, friends and football – fall has always been my favorite season.
With the end of summer and September also comes the end of our WOW Sales Initiative. As you know, the primary goal of WOW was to drive sales, yet there was more to it than that. We also wanted to focus our energy on turning “No” into “Yes.” We wanted to change mindsets and empower all of us to see opportunities where we may have previously only seen barriers. Empowerment is important at OLS, it is one our core values.
And I am proud to say, we have seen hundreds of examples of how we have WON the project, WON back the pro and WON new customers. I hope you have been sharing your stories, reading the weekly emails and visiting the WOW page on our Intranet. To win, we needed to work together – sometimes across the entire business – and that required TEAMWORK (another one of our core values).
The WOW Sales Initiative has an end date, our “Yes” mindset needs to live on.
I also want to take this opportunity to acknowledge all the efforts that have gone into launching our new ERP, NetSuite. This is an enormous undertaking and I know it has not always been easy. Thank you for continuing to drive through this – it will be worth it.
Let’s continue to lean into our FORTITUDE and finish 2023 strong.

Employee Contact Info & Organization Charts: Stay connected with your fellow OLS employees! We provide two convenient ways for you to find contact information. In Outlook email, simply click on the People icon and search for the employee you're looking for. Alternatively, you can go to Myself > Org Chart in ADP to find the employee and click on their name. And don't forget, the ADP mobile app also has a People tab where you can easily search for an employee and access their contact information.

Credit Card Tokenization for all NetSuite Locations: To enhance the security of our customers' credit card information and minimize bank holds and blocks, we are implementing credit card tokenization. By tokenizing the customer's credit card, we can collect all card details, including name, address, zip code, and CVV code. As of September 1, 2023, tokenized information is required for all credit card transactions. This change aims to provide a secure and seamless payment experience for our valued customers. 
IT Equipment Request Form: To submit an IT Equipment Request Form, navigate to the Outdoor Living Supply Intranet and click on the "IT" tab. You'll find the "IT Equipment Request Form" on the right-hand side, where you can easily complete it.
