June is National Safety Month - the annual observance to help keep each other safe in the workplace to anyplace. For many of you, your job requires you to work outside in the hot weather. It's important for you and your supervisors to take the right precautions to minimize the risk of heat-related illnesses like heat exhaustion and heat stroke.

We recommend the following safety precautions:

1. Over 85 Degrees: Provide Bottled Water for Clients and Associates

2. Over 90 Degrees: Provide Extra Cooling Time Breaks for Associates

3. Over 100 Heat Index: Associates to Only Load Clients with Equipment

Creating Consistent Branded Email Signatures: In an effort to create consistency across all brands and locations, we have created Outlook email signatures. Attached is a walkthrough on how to create and successfully save your email signatures on both Mac and PC.
